What to expect
before you arrive
In order to be seen right away, please be sure to fill out your intake paperwork before you arrive. We will email you your forms after you make your appointment! Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to check in. We can’t wait to welcome you with open arms.
first visit
On your first visit, you will meet with Dr. Jake to discuss your paperwork and health history. Next, we will take a set of chiropractic postural X-rays to determine problem areas. Dr. Jake will then go over the report of findings and educate you on your spine. After that, he will go over the techniques and instruments that he will be using to assure that you are comfortable, and will then proceed with the chiropractic adjustment!
follow-up visit
We find this visit to be one of the most important throughout your care in our office. This is how we are able to determine how your body is going to heal and gives us a better idea of the frequency and goals that need to be set, so that we can be specific to YOUR BODY.
