Dr. Jake is the founder and chiropractor here at Elevation Chiropractic. As a native of Clarksville, Dr. Jake has a deep passion for the community he grew up playing baseball and wrestling in as a child. He was raised the youngest of four brothers in a military family. With family and friends at the forefront of his heart, it was his decision to stay home to earn his undergraduate degree at Austin Peay State University. As a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Applied Exercise Science from 2011-2015. It was during this time that he was introduced to his mentor and close friend, Dr. Dale Brown, and his passionate love for chiropractic and natural health was born. He decided to chase that passion by packing up and moving to Marietta, GA, where he would earn his Doctor of Chiropractic from LIFE University in 2019.
From a young age, Dr. Jake has witnessed firsthand the power of health-related issues, substance abuse and the effects they can have on friends and family members. It has always been his mission to ensure the health of the people that he holds dear to him. His mission is now to be able to ensure the health and longevity of every single person in the Clarksville community. That is the reason he is devoting his life; so that people may get to experience the freedom that natural health can create.
Outside of work, Dr. Jake stays very active and loves to be outdoors - whether that be on a run, on the golf course, or in the backyard with his wife, Hannah, and daughter Millie Dru.

OFFICE MANAGER
Hannah is the friendly face behind the front desk that will welcome you with open arms. She was born and raised in Hopkinsville, KY and is the oldest of five children in her family. Because she wanted to stay close to home during her collegiate years, she graduated from Austin Peay State University with her Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management in 2020.
Throughout her childhood, she remembers visiting doctor’s offices and relying on medication each time she was sick. After seeing firsthand how chiropractic can change someone’s life, she knew she couldn’t spend her days anywhere else.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys being a wife and a mom! Quality time with her family is her favorite!
