Chiropractic is founded upon the vitalistic principle that the body is a self-healing organism.
It is a natural form of healthcare that uses spinal adjustments to correct spinal misalignments and restore proper function to the nervous system, helping your body heal naturally.

An adjustment will not typically hurt. Some practice members may experience soreness after the first adjustment when we correct misalignments that have been present for months or even years!
-
After your first visit, it is very important that we are able to follow up with you 1-2 days after your first adjustment. This is how our office is able to determine how your body is going to heal and gives us a better idea of the frequency and goals that need to be set, so that we can be specific to YOUR BODY. After beginning care, the amount of times that you come will depend on your specific recommendations from Dr. Jake.
